We are looking for a Reagent Manufacturing Technician to execute the daily production of diagnostic reagents for anatomical pathology and molecular workflows. Your responsibilities include operating cleanroom production equipment, compounding chemical/biological formulations, and performing strict quality control checks on finished products. This position requires hands-on experience with chemical handling, precision pipetting, and maintaining a contamination-free environment to ensure the integrity of both pathology stains and sensitive molecular components.

Reagent Manufacturing Technician (Pathology & Molecular Diagnostics) – Job Specifications
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Medical Laboratory Technology (ATLM), Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry.
- MInimum Experience 1 year
- Technical Skills: Proficient in chemical formulation (normality/molarity calculations), histological staining techniques, and molecular biology workflows (PCR, gel electrophoresis).
- Compliance: Strong understanding of Hazard Communication (HazCom) for chemical safety, biosafety protocols, and ISO 13485 / GMP documentation / CPAKB.
